<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a digital signal can not be appropriately outputted when a clock frequency to be an operation standard of coding processing is shifted after predetermined time. <P>SOLUTION: When video data, sound data are decoded in a decoder, a setting value for controlling clock reproduction speed of a clock generation part is recorded in a recording part at any time and when the data recorded in the recording part is decoded in the decoder, the clock generation part is controlled so that system time information generated by a counter is synchronized with time information in reception of digital broadcast using the setting value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
