<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of optical sheet which reduces the dispersion of an optical function, to provide an optical sheet manufactured according to the manufacturing method, to provide a planar lighting device provided with the optical sheet, and to provide an electrooptical apparatus using the surface lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: A support surface M2a of a mother substrate M2 constituted so that a light guide plate 22 can be clipped is stuck to a sticking surface M1b of a mother sheet M1 constituted so that a sheet member can be clipped. Then, a liquid-repellent layer M1c which repels the droplets D of a lens forming material is formed on an ejection surface M1a of the mother sheet M1, thereafter, the droplets D are ejected to the ejection surface M1a, and the droplets D struck to the ejection surface M1a are hardened to form microlenses 26. Further, when a region facing the sheet member of the mother sheet M1 is clipped, a region facing the light guide plate 22 of the mother substrate M2 is clipped so that a diffusion sheet positioned on the light guide plate 22 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
