<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular egg processed product having appearance, taste and palate feeling very similar to those of the strained product of the yolk of boiled eggs. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the granular egg processed product comprises crush treating boiled eggs to a size of ≤2mm and dry treating while stirring the boiled egg crushed product to adjust water content of the product to 30-65%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
