<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cooked brown seaweed contributing to improvement in quality such as plump feeling of just-boiled brown seaweed, and taste and fleshy feeling each inherent in brown seaweed, and also contributing to freshness keeping of the brown seaweed as raw material: and to provide a method for producing Datemaki(sweet rolled omelet)-like food whose greatly excellent effect as health food is expected. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing cooked brown seaweed comprises boiling fresh brown seaweed in heated water, and soaking the boiled brown seaweed in electron water for predetermined period of time. The method for producing Datemaki-like food comprises wrapping preliminarily seasoned bonito or tuna with the cooked brown seaweed obtained above to be formed into Datemaki-like one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
