<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate access to RFID tags after construction. <P>SOLUTION: A position determination device for an RFID arrangement comprises a work layout data storage device 101, a working route data storage device 102, an RFID tag position determination means 105 for determining optimum tag arrangement positions from work layout data, working route data, operation data and tag data, and a display device 106. The work layout data storage device 101 stores the work layout data, which is the information on the shape, layout or the like of work.
