<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage where part or the whole of sucrose is substituted with a high-sweetness sweetener or a sugar alcohol, presenting sweetness like sucrose. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage is characterized by containing (a) a high-sweetness sweetener and (b) 0.001-1 pt.mass of acetic acid per pt.mass of the high-sweetness sweetener.
