<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device dispensing with a troublesome procedure to improve convenience of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A server 150 associates and registers prescribed data (a keyword) included in document data and an identifier (a user ID) of the user (a keyword link table), receives acquisition requirement of the document data from at least one client (step S1201), distinguishing whether the prescribed data (the keyword) are included in the acquisition-required document data or not (step S1203), converts the prescribed data inside the document data into the other data according to the identifier of the user when it is distinguished that the prescribed data are included in the acquisition-required document data (step S1204 to step S1206), and transmits the converted document data to the client that is an output requirement destination of the document data (step S1207). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
