PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor blade embedded measuring tool having simple construction for easily measuring the tilting amount of a rotor blade. SOLUTION: The measuring tool 1 for measuring the tilting amount of the rotor blade D installed on a rotor R comprises a base part 2 having two wheels 4, 4 arranged on the outer peripheral face of the rotor, a body part 3 extending from a line between the wheels 4, 4 to the vertical direction, a receiving top 22 provided on the base end of the body part for contacting a platform P of the rotor blade to position the body part at its base end, a receiving top 16 provided at the front end of the body part for contacting a shroud S of the rotor blade to position the body part at its front end, and a small-size dial gage 18 provided at the front end of the body part for measuring a rotor circumferential distance from the shroud of the rotor blade.
