PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid curable resin composition for adhesive with a high refractive index, excellent in adhesion and low in yellowing, especially excellent in adhesion with a methacrylic-styrene resin (MS resin), usable in adhesion of Fresnel lenses for projection TV. SOLUTION: The liquid curable resin composition for adhesive comprises (A) a urethane(meth)acrylate having a structure represented by formula (1); [R<SP>1</SP>-O-CONH-R<SP>2</SP>-NHCO-O]<SB>n</SB>R<SP>3</SP>, [in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is a (meth)acryloyl group or a 1-4C alkyl group. R<SP>2</SP>is a two valent organic group with a ring structure, R<SP>3</SP>is a 35-380C organic group having two to six valence. n is an integer of 2-6. 40-85 mole.% of the R<SP>1</SP>is the (meth)acryloyl group.], (B) a radically polymerizing compound, (C) a phenolic compound having a partial structure represented by formula (2), (in the formula R<SP>4</SP>is a 1-8C hydrocarbon group.).
