PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material for an automobile having a heat shield effect of not affecting the design of the outermost surface of a paint film. SOLUTION: The interior material for the automobile is formed of a substrate, and a layer having an infrared reflecting function. The layer having the infrared reflecting function is mounted directly on a surface opposite to an automobile body, and has the infrared reflecting function wherein the light reflectance ratio is 20% or more in the region of the wavelength of 350-2500 nm, and the dry film thickness is 1-100μm.
