PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of an operating device for adjusting the operability of the operating device according to the skill or the like of an operator, and simplifying the operation of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This operating device is provided with an operating device 10 including an operation lever 20 for outputting the operating position of the operation lever 20 and driving systems 60 and 70 for operating the brake and acceleration of a vehicle, and this controller 50 is configured to determine and control controlled variables of the driving systems 60 and 70 according to the operation position. In this case, a relation between the operation position and the controlled variables of the driving systems 60 and 70 is formed so as to be changeable.
