PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear with a new adjustable stabilising system having simple and practical structure as well as achieving various uses and high reliability in using. SOLUTION: This footwear 1 having a sole part includes an adjustable stabilising system in particular to control phenomena of pronation and/or supination. THe stabilisation system comprises at least one adjustment member 12 capable of selectively taking at least two alternative positions within a respective seat present in a component 4 of the sole part, and the adjustment member 12 includes a body with at least two portions or sectors that present different degree of compressibility.
