PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article capable of coping with even a large amount of sudden urination as in enuresis even while adopting an absorbent composed of the assembly of filaments whose toe is split. SOLUTION: In the absorptive article having an absorption element 50 comprising the assembly of the filaments 52 whose toe is split, highly absorptive polymer particles 54 held in the inside and a holding sheet 80 provided on the back surface side of the filament assemblies 52, a sheet composed by mixing and integrating staples and the highly absorptive polymer particles is used as the holding sheet 80.
