Fishing rod has an internally guided fishing line whereby fishing rod consists of housing (1) with an interior guide roller (2) attached at closure cap of the rod. The guide roller is fastened at the axle (3) centrally in housing and guides over the fishing line from the line roll in the fishing rod up to the fishing height, so that the fishing line is always centrally guided though the same also during telescope-type length variation of the fishing rod.
