LEVEL SHIFTER CIRCUIT AND DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

A level shift circuit comprises a first level shifter part (301), a second level shifter part (302), two input signal terminals (IN,INB), an output signal terminal (OUT), an inverter circuit (INV1) and a control terminal (MO). The second level shifter part (302) operates when a low level of signal is applied to the control terminal (MO); and the second level shifter part (302) ceases its operation when a high level of signal is applied to the control terminal (MO). A level shifter circuit as described above is provided to the source driver of a liquid crystal display apparatus. When an image display of high resolution is to be performed, a low level of control signal is applied to the control terminal (MO); and when an image display of low resolution is to be performed, a high level of signal is applied to the control terminal (MO).
