<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide organic electrolyte solution which secures reliability of a battery and improves sustainability of a capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electrolyte solution contains lithium salt and an organic solvent consisting of a high dielectric-constant solvent and a low boiling-point solvent, as well as an acetate dielectric having a plurality of substituted cyril groups as an additive. With this, the organic electrolyte solution not only relatively controls a reductive decomposition reaction of a polar solvent to reduce an irreversible capacity in a first cycle, but also improves a battery charge/discharge efficiency, prolongs a service life and enhances reliability of the battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
