<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic-based composite material which can be manufactured in a short time and which has excellent characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a continuous fiber-reinforced composite material which contains a woven fabric consisting of specified fiber bundles and a matrix to be attached to the fiber bundles of the woven fabric and formed. A process for forming the matrix has an impregnating step to impregnate the inside of the woven fabric with raw material powders for the matrix by vibrating the raw material powders and/or the woven fabric and a heat-treating step to form the matrix by heat-treating the woven fabric after the impregnating step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
