<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly perform motion control of a networked household electrical appliance. <P>SOLUTION: For the networked household electrical appliance such as an air conditioner or an illuminating lamp connected to a-home network, operation is conducted on a screen displayed with a personal computer. An ASP server specifically performs motion control of the networked household electrical appliance according to the operation. The screen of the personal computer 8 is provided with buttons 24a to 24c, as convenience buttons, corresponding to living scenes such as 'go out', 'go to bed' and 'come home'. For instance, if the 'go out' button 24a is operated, the air conditioner is stopped and the illuminating lamp is turned off accordingly.
