<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system capable of coping with an information plagiarism technology on a signal line connecting a host side device 1 to a hard disk 2 being a disk drive. <P>SOLUTION: The computer system includes the host and the disk drive. The host transmits a enciphered password which can be decoded at the disk drive side, and the disk drive receives this enciphered password to decode the password. When the decoded password is matched with a predetermined password, an access from the host side is received, the information is recorded into a disk medium, and the the information is reproduced and outputted from the disk medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
