PRINTED WIRING BOARD AND METHOD FOR PAINTING PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIST LIQUID THERETO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sagging property and covering property, to prevent deterioration of a painting appearance such as a citron surface, and to form a film coating of the sufficient painting appearance at the time of painting photosensitive resist liquid on a printed wiring board and forming a resist film.

SOLUTION: In the method, photosensitive resist liquid is painted on the printed wiring board by using an electrostatic spraying machine. A temperature of photosensitive resist liquid at the time of painting is set to 40°C to 60°C. Apparent viscosity of photosensitive resist liquid at the time of painting is set to 30 seconds to 100 seconds.
