<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document verifying apparatus which improves processing efficiency by reducing a burden of a verification process to an electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: After it is verified whether the input electronic document meets prescribed conditions or not, a document verifying service 110 determines whether a change to influence a verification result has been added to the electronic document and at least one of the conditions or not. When it is determined that the change has been added to the electronic document and at least one of the conditions, the service 110 outputs the verification result by verifying whether the electronic document meets the prescribed conditions or not.
