PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling the long term continuation of a continuous operation associated with mixing and coagulation in producing a wet master batch by continuously mixing slurry solution containing a filler with rubber solution and coagulating, also a reactor for realizing the method, the wet master batch formed by the process, a rubber composition and a tire. SOLUTION: This method for producing the master batch is provided by while rotating a radial flow type agitating blade 3 arranged with its axial line in up and down direction in the coagulation vessel 2, feeding the slurry solution 11 and rubber solution 12 to an upper part of the agitating blade 3 for mixing and coagulating, and overflowing the coagulated liquid 13 containing coagulated materials produced by the above, continuously from the upper part of the coagulation vessel for discharging.
