IMPROVED MACHINE FOR ASSEMBLING TIRE TO VULCANIZE THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a large-sized or complicated tire under the optimum manufacturing condition. SOLUTION: This improved machine for manufacturing the tire (P) using at least one core (N) being a reference surface has the station of a first line turned in a horizontal direction XX' and the station of a second line turned in a horizontal direction YY'. The station of the first line includes first and second stations (120 and 130) having means (121 and 131) capable of being arranged in opposed relationship and grasping the core (N) to rotationally drive the same around its horizontal axial line rr'. Further, the machine is provided with a direction converter (110) capable of being moved in the horizontal direction XX', capable of advancing the axial line rr' of the core in parallel to an axial line XX' and capable of rotating the core around an axial line yy' by 180°to transfer the core between the stations (120 and 130) within the stations (120 and 130).
