PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin-made composite material having larger stiffness and tenacity without damaging light weight. SOLUTION: A bumper reinforcement 11 is composed of a plurality of fiber-reinforced resin-made tubular frame members 12, 13 and 14 and a fiber-reinforced resin-made tubular bundling part 15 formed by winding a filament 150 around the frame members 12, 13 and 14. Flat joint parts 121, 131, 132 and 141 are formed on a part of the outer circumferential surface of the frame members 12, 13 and 14. The neighboring frame members 12 and 13 are flatly jointed with flat joint parts 121 and 131. The neighboring frame members 13 and 14 are flatly jointed with flat joint parts 132 and 141.
