PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately produce joint boots having a large diameter side mounting part in which an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface are different in shape. SOLUTION: A parison 15 comprising a first part 12 making the product shape of the large diameter side mounting part 2, a second part 13 making the product shape of a small diameter side mounting part 4, and a third part 14 connecting the first and second parts is injection-molded. After that, the third part is covered with a blow outside mold 51 and pushed to the blow outside mold by ejecting gas to blow-mold a bellows part 5. A support 16 supporting the inner peripheral side of the parison 15 is composed of a lower side engagement part 20 to which the first part is fitted externally, an upper side engagement part 22 to which the second part is fitted externally, and an intermediate part 21 surrounded by the third part. A sealing tube 90 of an elastic material is installed in the circumferential direction in the lower side engagement part 20 and pushed to the first part 12 by being charged with gas to be sealed.
