PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket enabling the sleeve parts to be detached so that the detached sleeve parts may be used as footwear to protect the foots of a wearer, and facilitating the preservation and taking out in a state of storing goods for emergency action and emergency provisions in pockets. SOLUTION: A pair of the sleeve parts 20 is attached to a jacket body 11. The first thready members 23 are attached to armhole parts 20a sides from the regions corresponding to the elbow outside of each sleeve part 20 along the part around the sleeve so as to be tightened. The second thready members are attached to the periphery parts of sleeve openings 20c of the sleeve parts 20. The sleeve parts 20 are detached from the jacket body 11, and made into bag shapes by inserting the edge parts at armhole sides from the first thready members in the sleeve parts into the inside of the sleeve parts, and tightening the first thready member so as to be used as the foot wear, and the sleeve openings 20c are fitted to ankles by the second thready members.
