PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition which is obtained by dispersing and mixing a fine polyamideimide fiber and/or fine polyimide fiber with a thermoplastic resin or uncured thermosetting resin, and which has excellent affinity with various resins, has a uniform dispersion state of the fiber, has excellent in mechanical properties such as toughness, flexibility and strength even when the content of the fiber is small, has good moldability and which gives a molded article having good external appearance after the molding. SOLUTION: Notably improved mechanical properties and moldability of the composition are achieved, even when the content of the fiber is small, by the mixing and kneading of a markedly fine polyamideimide fiber and/or polyimide fiber as a principal component fiber, in the above fiber-reinforced materials using various resins.
