PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifying member for electrophotography which restrains the adhesion of a toner or the adhesion of an additive to the surface of an electrifying member to solve a problem on the deterioration in an image caused thereby, and to provide an electrophotographic image forming apparatus using the electrifying member for electrophotography. SOLUTION: The electrifying member for electrophotography having an elastic body layer containing fibrous conductive material, and the image forming apparatus for electrophotography using the same are provided.
