PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advantageously enhance the uniformity of a regenerated tire by effectively preventing the occurrence of polygonal shaped permanent strain in a precured tread formed into an annular shape without scaling up an apparatus, complicating an apparatus structure and increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: Segmentary members 1 are sucked to the outer peripheral surface of the precured tread 7 formed into the annular shape under negative pressure at a plurality of places leaving an interval in the circumferential direction of the precured tread 7 through an elastic lining sheet 2 to set a base tire 9 to the inner peripheral side of the precured tread 7 in a state that the precured tread 7 is held to the annular shape.
