PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for live-box with high durability, having rigidity, reducing use of expensive materials as much as possible and can be provided inexpensively to cultivators and to provide a live-box for culture using the same. SOLUTION: The frame for live-box comprises a plurality of main frames 5 on which live-box nets and floats are attached, connecting members (guide frames 6) fixed on the main frame 5 by a clamping force produced by clamping means with tapered shape for connecting these main frames 5 and restraining positional relation of each main frame 5, wherein the clamping means comprises a pipe section 7 of the guide frame 6, an inner 9 and a cap 10.
