An organic light emitting device(OLED) and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve aspect of a thin film transistor of a pixel region while maintaining mobility of a thin film transistor of a circuit region. An organic light emitting device(OLED) includes a substrate(100) and a thin film transistor located on the substrate. A first inorganic protection film(135a) is located on the thin film transistor. A second inorganic protection film(135b) is stacked on the first inorganic protection film, and contains more hydrogen than the first inorganic protection film. A pixel electrode(145) is located on the second inorganic protection film, and is connected to the thin film transistor electrically. |
