An assembling structure for an outdoor unit of an air-conditioner is provided to simplify an assembling process of the outdoor unit by fixing a penetrating hole of an upper panel to a connecting protrusion of a front panel and a side panel. In an assembling structure for an outdoor unit of an air-conditioner, a case covers internal important components with a front panel(100), a supporting post(300), a side panel(400), and an upper panel(200) covering an upper part by using a connecting screw. A plurality of connecting protrusions(110,410) is protrusively formed at an upper front end part of the front panel and the side panel. And, a plurality of penetrating holes(210) connected with the connecting protrusions is formed at a position corresponding to a formed position of the connecting protrusions.
