COIL DEVICE AND OPTICAL PICKUP ACTUATOR USING THE SAME

Coil devices and an optical pickup actuator adopted with the coil devices are provided to install fine internal yokes within multilayer coils such as fine pattern coil devices or miniature mold coil devices so that the coil devices are able to move together with the internal yokes. At least one coil(32) is finely formed on a substrate(31). The first internal yokes(34) are formed inside the substrate(31) by piercing through the substrate(31) at central positions of the coils(32). Via holes(33) are formed at the central positions of the coils(32) by piercing through the substrate(31) of multilayer structure, and conductive layers for conducting the coils(32) corresponding to each layer are formed on inner walls of the via holes(33).
