PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an appropriate service by actively urging a user to come to a parlor again.

SOLUTION: An electronic money settlement system performs settlement processing by using an electronic money card 21 with electronic money information stored therein. The electronic money card 21 includes: an electronic money storage part 27 for readably storing electronic money information; a cumulative point storage part 29 for storing cumulative points corresponding to the usage of the stored electronic money information; and a point storage part 31 for readably storing the usable points. When the cumulative points exceed a threshold, whether conversion is performed into the usable points so as to be stored in the point storage part 31 or into cashback is made to be selectable in the system.
