PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an impedance converting circuit with a smaller number of elements, to achieve low power consumption, and to widen a use frequency band. SOLUTION: A circuit 10 is composed so that voltage/current converters 11, 12, and 13, an inverting amplifier 14, resistors 15, 16, and an impedance 18, are connected; and an impedance viewed from an input terminal 1a is Zin=Z/(gm0×gm1×R1×R2). A circuit 20 is also composed so that voltage/current converters 21, 22, and 23, an inverting amplifier 24, resistors 25, 26, and an impedance 28, are connected; and an impedance viewed from an input terminal 1b is Zin=Z/(gm0×gm1×R1×R2).
