摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stacked ceramic electronic component of high quality in which failure in internal structure is prevented from occurring even with thinner layer and multiple stacking. SOLUTION: In the process of manufacturing a laminate, at least either conductor layers 12a and 12b or ceramic layers 13a and 13b are arranged for stacking by mutually rotating about 180°in plane direction across ceramic raw sheets 11a and 11b. So, on stacking of the conductor layers 12a and 12b and the ceramic layers 13a and 13b for suppressing steps, no deviation accumulates at the same position to disperse deviation. The failure in internal structure such as delamination is prevented from occurring even at multiple stacking, for manufacturing of reliable stacked ceramic electronic components at good yield.
