PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal lubricating spherical surface sliding bearing in which lubricating grease is not flowed out of an oil groove formed in an inner ring sliding surface outward within the range of a permissible aligning angle. SOLUTION: A run-out limit aligning angleβof the limit in which the oil groove 4 formed in the sliding surface 1a of the inner ring 1 does not run out of a sliding surface 2a of an outer ring 2 is made not less than the permissible aligning angleα, so that the oil groove 4 of the sliding surface 1a of the inner ring 1 is prevented from being exposed within the range of the permissible aligning angleα, and lubricating oil is not flowed out of the oil groove 4 outward.
