PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissipate heat generated by an organic compound forming a top emission organic light-emitting display (OLED) and a TFT drive circuit, and to ensure moisture resistance for the organic compound and the like. SOLUTION: At least the TFT drive circuit, a reflection anode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a transparent cathode are laminated to form a top emission organic light-emitting display (OLED). The top emission organic light-emitting display can fully dissipate the heat generated by the TFT drive circuit and the organic light-emitting layer, by using a substrate that includes a metal layer and an insulation layer and that does not have light transparency, and can fully ensure moisture resistance.
