PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab panel and a floor structure capable of adjusting panel strength and sound insulating performance, easy in construction, and capable of minimizing a floor surface level, by enhancing a degree of freedom of design. SOLUTION: This slab panel is formed by embedding a reinforcing member 3 in a concrete base material 2. A cutout part 12 is formed in an end lower part of the concrete base material, and an overhang part 13 overhanging to the side is arranged. An under surface 14 of the overhang part 13 is received by a reinforcing receiving piece 23, and an installation part 17 arranged on a floor beam 15 is formed. The reinforcing receiving piece 23 and the reinforcing member 3 are integrally fixed by welding. The installation part 13 is arranged on the floor beams 15 via an elastic support member 26.
