PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material for the projected corner, superior in an outward appearance, and capable of preventing clearance with a wall surface. SOLUTION: This decorative material has a pair of base boards in close vicinity in a corner part forming the front side in a projecting shape and horizontally extending in the respectively different directions from its corner part, a decorative sheet covering a front face, an upper end surface and a reverse surface upper part of the base boards and continuing without a cut line between the front face of the base boards in the corner part, and a girth having a pair of blade pieces and arranged on a reverse surface of the base boards in the corner part. The girth is characterized in that the respective blade pieces are respectively adhered to the reverse surface of the left-right base boards, and an angle formed of both base boards can be increased and decreased against elasticity by connecting the left-right base boards via the girth.
