PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment tool where there is no need of integrating two kinds of dissimilar metals each other by a plating or cladding process, thus production cost can be reduced, and further, effect can be permanently maintained till magnesium is lost. SOLUTION: Regarding the water treatment tool, a first metal 1 with a cylindrical shape surrounds a second metal 2 composed of magnesium in a state where a prescribed movement gap is formed, and many projections 11 are formed at the inner circumferential face thereof.
