PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional foaming device is poor in a foam keeping capacity and in sanitary aspects and that a foaming device of a vertically split type using a spherical member and a partition cannot make efficient use of the produced foam since the foam remains in an upper section. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical container which contains the massive spherical member and can be divided into left and right half shell type members along a longitudinally dividing virtual line, a hemispherical netlike partition member having the elasticity which enables the movement of a detergent and a fluid in the container when the container is closed and used, and divides the container into the portion to contain the spherical member and the portion not to contain the spherical is attached in a removable structure to one side container of the container in a manner to intersect both the side containers through all the area when the container is closed.
