PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition that can form the coating film having excellent corrosion resistance, coating film adhesiveness, design and formaldehyde adsorption on the surface of aluminum material, the coated aluminum plate having the coating film, and the pre-coated aluminum fin material processed from the coated aluminum plate. SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises 5 to 200 g/l of cellulose resin and 0.05 to 5 g/l of Oolong tea component.
