METHOD FOR PRODUCING WET MASTER BATCH, WET MASTER BATCH FORMED BY THE METHOD, RUBBER COMPOSITION, AND TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eminently improve dewatering efficiency without causing a trouble in working when a filler-containing slurry solution and a rubber solution are mixed/coagulated continuously and a solid component extracted by the solid-water separation of the mixed/coagulated product is dewatered by pressing.

SOLUTION: An umbrella type continuous dewatering machine 1 comprising a pair of conical filter boards 6 and 7 arranged symmetrically to face each other by slanting the axes to each other in an outer cylinder 2 is used. The solid component separated from the coagulated liquid is supplied continuously to a space V formed by the inner surface 2a of the cylinder 2 and the conical surfaces 6c and 7c of the filter board 6 and 7 and the filter boards are rotated around the axes at an equal speed, so that the solid component is carried from the inlet 13 to the outlet 14 of the space while being pressed by the filter boards 6 and 7 and dewatered. The separated water is discharged through the filter boards 6 and 7.
