摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine suitably attaining both improvement of engine output and improvement of antiknock property. <P>SOLUTION: When intake-air temperature detected by an intake-air temperature detection means 40 is not higher than a predetermined value, only cylinder injection by a first fuel injection valve 2 is performed. When the intake-air temperature exceeds the predetermined value, intake passage injection by a second fuel injection valve 33 is performed in addition to the cylinder injection by the first fuel injection valve 2. The intake-air temperature is lowered before introduction of intake air into a cylinder combustion chamber 28 and charging efficiency of the intake air and the antiknock property can be improved. A fuel supply quantity can be increased by the intake-air volume increment and high power can be achieved. The second fuel injection valve 33 is operated when the intake-air temperature exceeds the predetermined value and intake-air cooling can be performed directly responsive to the intake-air temperature detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
