PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise operability in starting a vehicle, where the output of an internal combustion engine is transmitted to an automatic transmission via a friction clutch.

SOLUTION: The automobile includes: the friction clutch for transmitting/cutting off the driving force between the internal combustion 1 and the automatic transmission 200; a first driving shaft 202 to be driven by the internal combustion engine 1; a second driving shaft 306 which is independent in a driving system from the first driving shaft 202 and is driven by a motor 303; and a power train control unit 100 for cooperatively controlling the friction clutch, the automatic transmission 200, and the motor 303.
