<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job site maintenance supporting system and a job site maintenance supporting method for improving the skill of an inspector, the greater safety of a plant together with it, and reducing low operation/maintenance costs by setting the significance of the inspection of equipment appropriately by using an IC tag in maintaining the job site of the plant and inspector's reading past maintenance information which has been inputted in a common data base according to necessity. <P>SOLUTION: In the system, an inspection route is optimized appropriately by adding the IC tag which has inputted abnormality information noticed during the inspection as the necessity aries even to equipment installed outside the inspection route. When the abnormality of the equipment has been confirmed and a method for coping with the abnormality is unknown, by inputting a noticed entry related to the abnormality to a possessed portable terminal, an optimal method of coping with the abnormality can be obtained from a maintenance information DB for storing maintenance history information on past failures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
