<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treatment apparatus for steel sheet with which even in the case of repeating the heat treatments, a bending deformation is not accumulated. <P>SOLUTION: For a crystal grain fining treatment by repeatedly performing the heat treatments applying rapid-heating and rapid-cooling following the rapid-heating to the steel sheet 9 and for applying an induction-heating and the rapid-cooling following the induction-heating in order, to the steel sheet 9 while shifting the steel sheet 9 in the longitudinal direction, the steel sheet 9 is elevated/lowered by holding the steel sheet 9 in a longitudinally-long state and a bending-permissible state from both end parts by supporting members 15, 16, and then, a heat-treatment unit is vertically constituted of an inductor 32 for rapidly heating and a water-spraying part 33 for rapidly cooling so as to adjust the position and in-plane orientation by horizontally shifting this heat-treatment unit with a horizontal in-plane adjusting mechanism 31. The following-up control for holding the facing distance between the inductor 32 and the steel sheet 9 to a fixed value and the adjustment of water spraying quantity for straightening deformation of the steel sheet 9 can be carried out by the heat-treatment apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
