<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit and an information processor for, when power supply is started, quickly and precisely judging whether it is recovery from a power saving mode or the stop of power supply to the device main body with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: When power supply to a CPU 12 is started, whether or not it is recovery from a power saving mode is judged according to the level of a signal to be outputted from an FF circuit 30.
