<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar reflector realizing the reflective situation of electromagnetic wave similar to a human body and using suitably for the collision tests with human bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The radar reflector 1 is equipped with a rotary shaft member 2, and a plurality of corner reflectors 3 is attached on perimeter of the rotary shaft member 2. These reflectors 3 are arranged in groups each consisting of three pieces on a first cross line L1 to a fourth cross line L4 arranged mutually at even intervals in the direction of rotary shaft C, and also arranged at equal intervals with spacing of 120 degrees.
